By accessing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described herein.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Game.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) AND TERMS OF SERVICE
- Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Just Blow Up (the “Game”), operated by Micronet Bunny Co., Ltd. (“Micronet Bunny,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account for, or otherwise using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”), as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not install, access, or use the Game.
If you are using the Game on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
- Eligibility
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing or using the Game.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or region of residence, you may only use the Game with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the activities, purchases, communications, and conduct of minors using the Game.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Game or terminate accounts that do not satisfy applicable eligibility requirements.
- License Grant (End User License)
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, Micronet Bunny grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, access, and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license is granted to you and not sold. All ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game remain exclusively owned by Micronet Bunny and its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or this Agreement, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Game.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Create derivative works based on the Game.
Sell, lease, rent, sublicense, assign, transfer, or commercially exploit the Game or any portion of it.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession where required by applicable law.
- Account Registration and Ownership
Certain features of the Game may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information and to keep such information current.
You may not:
Sell, purchase, trade, transfer, assign, rent, lease, sublicense, exchange, gift, or otherwise dispose of any Game account.
Share your account credentials with another person.
Access or use accounts obtained through unauthorized sales, rentals, or transfers.
Allow another person to use your account for commercial purposes.
Circumvent account ownership restrictions through third parties.
All Game accounts, characters, progression, statistics, rankings, virtual currency, virtual items, achievements, rewards, and other associated data are licensed to you as part of the Game service and remain the exclusive property of Micronet Bunny.
Micronet Bunny does not recognize any unauthorized transfer of Game accounts. Any attempted transfer is void and may result in suspension or permanent termination of the affected account.
- User Conduct and Community Standards
You agree to use the Game in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner.
You shall not engage in any conduct that interferes with the enjoyment, safety, integrity, or operation of the Game or negatively affects other users.
Without limitation, you agree that you will not:
Fair Play
Cheat or exploit bugs or unintended game mechanics.
Use hacks, bots, scripts, macros, automation software, trainers, cheat engines, or unauthorized third-party software.
Manipulate matchmaking, rankings, statistics, rewards, or progression.
Exploit technical vulnerabilities or security weaknesses.
Respect for Others
Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate, impersonate, or abuse another user.
Encourage self-harm, violence, terrorism, or criminal activity.
Disrupt gameplay or intentionally ruin the experience of other players.
Prohibited Content
You may not create, publish, transmit, communicate, or otherwise make available through the Game any content that:
Is illegal under applicable law.
Is pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or sexually exploitative.
Contains nudity intended for sexual purposes.
Promotes or contains hate speech, discrimination, racism, xenophobia, or content targeting protected groups.
Encourages violence, terrorism, or other criminal conduct.
Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
Contains malware, phishing attempts, malicious code, or harmful software.
Violates this Agreement or any applicable law.
Game Integrity
You may not:
Interfere with Game servers or network infrastructure.
Attempt unauthorized access to any account, server, database, API, or service.
Circumvent technical protections, regional restrictions, payment controls, or security measures.
Engage in fraudulent payment activities or chargeback abuse.
Use the Game in any manner that may impair its stability, security, or operation.
Micronet Bunny reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation of this Agreement.
Where we reasonably determine that a violation has occurred, we may, without prior notice where permitted by applicable law:
Issue warnings.
Remove or restrict content.
Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
Remove virtual currency or virtual items.
Roll back account progression.
Restrict access to online features.
Take any other enforcement action reasonably necessary to protect the Game, our users, or Micronet Bunny.
- Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
The Game may provide virtual currency, virtual items, equipment, weapons, cosmetic items, skins, consumables, rewards, or other digital content (collectively, “Virtual Items”).
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all Virtual Currency and Virtual Items:
Are licensed, not sold.
Have no real-world monetary value.
Are not redeemable for cash or monetary value.
May not be exchanged for real-world goods or services.
May not be transferred, sold, traded, rented, leased, or otherwise disposed of except where expressly authorized by Micronet Bunny.
Micronet Bunny retains all ownership rights in and to all Virtual Currency and Virtual Items.
Virtual Currency and Virtual Items may be modified, discontinued, replaced, removed, or adjusted at any time for operational, balancing, legal, or technical reasons.
Except where required by applicable law, users have no ownership interest in any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items.
- Purchases and Payment
The Game may offer optional purchases of Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, subscriptions, or other digital products.
Payments may be processed by Micronet Bunny or authorized third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Xsolla, Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or other authorized platforms.
You agree that:
- All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable payment platform.
- Refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable payment platform and relevant consumer protection laws. Where purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests will be handled exclusively in accordance with their respective policies, and Micronet Bunny may not be able to independently process, override, or expedite refunds outside of those platforms’ procedures.
- If a purchase is refunded, charged back, reversed, canceled, or otherwise invalidated after Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, subscriptions, or other digital benefits have been granted, Micronet Bunny may revoke or remove the corresponding benefits from your account.
- If the refunded or reversed benefits have already been consumed or cannot otherwise be revoked, Micronet Bunny may adjust your account balance accordingly, including placing your Virtual Currency balance into a negative balance or recording an outstanding amount.
Temporary Restrictions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, upon receipt of a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute notification, Micronet Bunny may, as an interim protective measure, immediately restrict further purchases, temporarily suspend access to the disputed Virtual Currency or Virtual Items, or limit related account features while the matter is under review or while a negative balance or outstanding amount remains unresolved. These restrictions are not disciplinary in nature and will be lifted once the payment issue is resolved, the outstanding balance is settled, or the dispute is withdrawn or resolved in your favor.
Permanent Enforcement Action. Where Micronet Bunny reasonably determines, following review, that a refund or chargeback resulted from fraudulent payment activity, use of unauthorized payment methods, intentionally obtaining a refund while retaining or continuing to use the purchased benefits, repeated or abusive chargebacks, or other fraudulent or abusive payment behavior, Micronet Bunny may escalate enforcement to suspension or permanent termination of your account, in accordance with Sections 12 (Suspension and Termination) and 13 (Ban Evasion) of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. A single, good-faith refund or chargeback request, on its own, will not automatically result in permanent account termination.
- Where a purchase is made by a minor without the consent of a parent or legal guardian as required under Section 2 (Eligibility), Micronet Bunny may, upon verified request from the parent or legal guardian, cancel the purchase and adjust the account accordingly under the Temporary Restrictions provision above, without automatically triggering Permanent Enforcement Action.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges.
- Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided under applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal, which — where applicable — may be deemed waived once the digital content or Virtual Currency has been delivered or consumption has begun, subject to your prior explicit consent at the time of purchase.
Micronet Bunny reserves the right to modify pricing, available products, promotions, or payment methods at any time, subject to applicable law and the policies of the applicable payment platform.
- Randomized Rewards
The Game may include randomized reward systems, including but not limited to loot boxes, treasure chests, random draws, or other chance-based reward mechanisms.
Where required by applicable law, applicable reward probabilities will be disclosed through the Game or official communication channels.
By participating in any randomized reward system, you acknowledge and agree that:
Rewards are determined by random probability.
Receiving any particular item is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Reward probabilities may change when permitted by applicable law.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, randomized rewards are non-refundable once delivered.
- Anti-Cheat and Security
Micronet Bunny is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gameplay environment.
To protect the integrity of the Game, we may implement anti-cheat, anti-fraud, security monitoring, behavioral analysis, device verification, and other technologies designed to detect cheating, unauthorized software, fraudulent activity, or security threats.
By using the Game, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and analysis of technical information reasonably necessary for these purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You may not:
Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, automation software, trainers, memory editors, packet analyzers, debuggers, or similar tools.
Modify, inject, patch, or tamper with the Game client, servers, APIs, or communications.
Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, virtual machines, rooted or jailbroken devices, or other methods to circumvent technical restrictions where such use violates this Agreement.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, services, or internal systems.
Interfere with the stability, availability, security, or integrity of the Game.
If Micronet Bunny reasonably determines that prohibited activity has occurred, we may take appropriate enforcement actions, including issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending accounts, permanently terminating accounts, removing Virtual Currency or Virtual Items, rolling back account progression, or taking any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Game and its users.
- Intellectual Property
The Game, including all software, artwork, characters, animations, music, sound effects, dialogue, text, user interface, designs, trademarks, logos, source code, technology, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Micronet Bunny and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the Game.
Use any trademark, logo, trade dress, or branding belonging to Micronet Bunny without prior written permission.
Exploit any Game content for commercial purposes.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
- User Feedback License
We welcome your comments, suggestions, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, and other feedback regarding the Game (“Feedback”).
If you choose to provide Feedback, you agree that:
Feedback is provided voluntarily and without expectation of compensation.
Micronet Bunny may use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, commercialize, sublicense, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you.
You irrevocably grant Micronet Bunny a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use such Feedback.
You represent that you have the legal right to provide such Feedback and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Suspension and Termination
Micronet Bunny reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to investigate any suspected violation of this Agreement.
If we reasonably determine that you have violated this Agreement or that your conduct may harm the Game, other users, or Micronet Bunny, we may, without prior notice where permitted by applicable law:
Issue warnings.
Restrict or disable certain Game features.
Remove or restrict Virtual Currency or Virtual Items.
Roll back account progression or rewards.
Temporarily suspend your account.
Permanently terminate your account.
Terminate or restrict access to the Game or any related services.
Take any other enforcement action reasonably necessary to protect the Game, our users, or Micronet Bunny.
Where your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, you may lose access to your account, Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, purchases, rewards, achievements, account progression, and other Game-related content.
Except where required by applicable law, Micronet Bunny has no obligation to provide refunds, compensation, restoration, or replacement for any content lost due to suspension or termination resulting from your violation of this Agreement.
Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature are intended to survive termination.
- Ban Evasion
If your account has been suspended or terminated, you may not create, register, access, or use another account to circumvent or evade such restrictions.
Micronet Bunny reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is associated with a previously suspended or permanently banned user.
Attempts to evade enforcement actions may result in additional restrictions, including permanent removal from all Game services.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
MICRONET BUNNY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
Micronet Bunny does not warrant that:
The Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Defects or bugs will be corrected.
The Game will always be available.
The Game will meet your expectations or requirements.
The Game will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing disclaimers shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MICRONET BUNNY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE GAME OR THIS AGREEMENT.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
Loss of profits.
Loss of data.
Loss of goodwill.
Business interruption.
Loss of virtual items or virtual currency.
Account suspension or termination.
Unauthorized access to your account.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICRONET BUNNY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO MICRONET BUNNY FOR THE GAME DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Micronet Bunny, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Game.
Your violation of this Agreement.
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Your infringement of any intellectual property or other legal rights of any third party.
Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct committed by you.
Micronet Bunny reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Game shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided under applicable law.
- Changes to the Terms
Micronet Bunny may modify or update this Agreement from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes through the Game, our official website, or other reasonable means.
The updated Agreement becomes effective upon the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must discontinue using the Game.
- Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Micronet Bunny regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and agreements relating to the Game.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Failure by Micronet Bunny to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights under this Agreement.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Micronet Bunny.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Micronet Bunny.
Micronet Bunny may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, successor, or purchaser in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of the Game.
Force Majeure
Micronet Bunny shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, failures of telecommunications or internet services, power outages, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
Survival
Any provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any accrued rights or obligations, shall survive termination of this Agreement.
